Meet the husband-and-wife co-owners of Frisco Flooring + Interiors, who combine their passion for design, craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service. Together, they’ve built a flooring and remodeling business known for personalized attention and a showroom that feels more like home than a store.

Tanya brings heart, energy, and a love for great design to every project, ensuring clients feel heard, inspired, and excited about their spaces. Kari contributes his meticulous attention to detail and design expertise, helping homeowners turn their visions into reality.

Outside of the showroom, Tanya can often be found on the golf course, while Kari enjoys hockey, movies, and music. Together, they share a commitment to making every client experience personal, thoughtful, and memorable.

Business Manager

Liz brings wisdom, compassion, and balance to her role as Business Manager at Frisco Flooring + Interiors. With a deep appreciation for teamwork, she believes the company thrives because of the collective efforts of everyone involved. Liz is passionate about investing in future generations and pouring into her family, including her seven grandchildren. Grounded in faith, she values creating meaningful connections and helping others balance life with God, family, and work — a philosophy that guides both her professional and personal life.

Remodeling Operations & Project Manager

Laura is passionate about helping you transform your space with intention, purpose, and a well-executed plan. From initial estimates to final installation, she will work closely with you throughout every phase of your project to ensure a smooth and successful experience.

When not at work, you can find her outside in nature, testing out a new recipe in the kitchen, designing floral arrangements – or most likely obsessing over a dog somewhere.

Interior Designer

With over a decade of experience in residential and hospitality design, Kaitlyn brings a thoughtful, client-focused approach to every project she takes on. She holds a degree in Interior Architecture and Design from Colorado State University and has a passion for delivering designs that feel personal, purposeful, and timeless.

In her free time she enjoys the outdoors snowboarding, hiking, and paddle boarding whenever she gets the chance.

Client Relations

Originally from South Africa, Ashleigh moved to the U.S. in 2016 with a passion for travel and adventure. After exploring the country for three years, she got married and settled in Summit County.

With a background in furnishings, Ashleigh is relatively new to the flooring industry but is already embracing the challenge with enthusiasm. Her role focuses on client relations and building connections within the community - something she genuinely enjoys.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, cooking, discovering new places - and, thanks to her sports-loving husband, doing her best to keep up with all things sports.

Sales Specialist

A Colorado native and long-time Summit County local, Dani understands area homeowners’ unique needs and brings almost a decade of helping customers find the perfect flooring and home improvement solutions. With a degree in Visual Design, Dani’s knowledge of color, composition, texture, and pattern allows her to expertly recommend flooring and other interior elements that complement existing décor and overall design vision.

When she’s not in the showroom, Dani operates multiple online businesses and enjoys skiing, spending time with family and pets.

Flooring Estimator

Born and raised in North Jersey, Eric moved to Summit after graduating from Pace University with a degree in Business. As Frisco Flooring’s Estimator, he brings a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to making each project run smoothly from start to finish. Outside of work, Eric enjoys snowboarding, playing disc golf, spending time on the lake, listening to music, and hanging out with his dog.

Warehouse Manager & Field Operations Manager

Originally from Bergen County, NJ, Jesse has lived in the high country since 2013 and joined the company in 2024 as a Warehouse Manager & Field Operations Manager. Outside of work, you can find him enjoying motorsports, board-sports, or relaxing and spending time with his pets.
